A clean campsite with good flat grounds. There’s free parking at D1. Toilet near the bicycle rental shop is not well maintained with broken and dirty toilet seats. Caused by serial “squatters”. It can be scary at night cos there’s a pigeon nest near the handicap toilet and you can hear all sorts of loud weird noise and echos they make while you are peeing. Plus, they can be quite aggressive and attack you when you are at the hand wash area too. There was no one around for inspections and youths gathered in big groups till around 4am when we were there on a Fri~Sat. Think they were not aware that their voices amplified through the quiet campsite and instead of the waves, we can hear their hours long conversations clearly lol. We will try G next time, hopefully it will be more peaceful.

** A warning for campers: there are lots of rats around and they can smell whatever you have in your tent even if it’s in your bag. A rat went under our tent exactly where the food is.. and nearly nibbled through it! So use containers and discard all food packaging and don’t wait till the next day. There are a lot of bins conveniently located steps away from the campsite.
