Firstly I want to thank Flowers and Kisses for the wonderful bouquet and service that you've given me, and that my day definitely went all well and perfect with your pretty bouquet.

I think it is necessary to share my wonderful experience with Flowers and Kisses.

Communications via Whatsapp were very prompt and good.

I had some small issues with my order on their site but they got their IT team to fix it within minutes! Super Efficient!

My delivery required some special requests which I thought it was impossible to fulfill but Flowers and Kisses went all out to meet my requirement. Also, due to some unforeseen events, I had to abruptly change my delivery date and was only able to inform Flowers and Kisses in wee hours in the morning. Fortunately, they were able to re-schedule for me and I'm so relieved and grateful for this. Top-notch service!

Delivery and timing went all well and the quality of the flowers were so perfect! My girl repeatedly commented that the petals of the sunflowers are so nicely shaped as she have certain expectations when comes to sunflowers. She loves the baby's breath as well as they are so round and plump and that the colours were perfectly dyed and not too overdo so we can still see some original white in them.

Poor quality and a lack of pride in their work.

I would strongly advise against using this florist. The bouquet I ordered for a special event was a huge disappointment. The greens were drooping, and the tulip petals were visibly lifeless, which ruined many of my photos. The photographer even had to hide the drooping flowers behind healthier blooms to salvage the pictures (bless).

On top of that, they tried to upsell me a $200+ bridal bouquet, suggesting that since I requested for a rounded (nosegay) bouquet I can consider their $200 options lol. I had to explain that I wasn’t having a wedding—just needed a bouquet for photos. I stuck with my $70 arrangement, thinking that if they did a good job, I’d def engage them for the proper banquet later this year.

Guests at the event asked if my bouquet was complimentary because it looked subpar. The hotel’s restaurant kindly provided a far more beautiful, fuller bouquet. After sending photos of the drooping flowers to the shop, I received no response or attempt at resolution.

(PS. upon receipt of the bouquet, it was put into a vase of water and into the fridge, immediately, also in an air-conditioned room)
