I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hair Stuff Salon, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic salon visit. And it was all thanks to the talented stylist, Cejay!

First and foremost, the salon itself is a beautifully designed space, with modern decor, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and all the amenities one could ask for. Now, let's talk about Cejay. From the start, Cejay exuded confidence and expertise, making me feel instantly at ease. Their extensive knowledge of hair trends, styles, and techniques was apparent, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands. Cejay took the time to listen attentively to my hair concerns and desires, offering valuable insights and recommendations while ensuring that my vision was understood.

Booked an appointment to do my hair for an event; the senior stylist confidently told me over the phone that I needed only 45 minutes so I worked backwards to comfortably arrive and go home to do my makeup. When I arrived at the salon, I spent 10 minutes waiting. It is only when I chased as I was running late that a staff came to wash my hair. I showed them the hairstyle I wanted which was just a simple sleek hairstyle tied into a bun. The first stylist wasted a lot of my time as she couldn't seem to tie up my hair into a bun at all. The senior stylist then came to help her but they both fumbled and fumbled, causing me to be late for my event, despite me telling them I needed to leave by a certain time. One of them told me they struggled as their director CJ is out, which seemed to imply that only CJ is the only capable person running the salon and if he's out, good luck. They not only caused me to be terribly late by taking close to 2 hours instead of the 45 minutes that the senior stylist had confidently committed to over the phone but the entire hairstyle was uneven and badly done. When I got to my car, I even saw random strands of hair dangling out and this is not my baby hair. What's most shocking is that the stylist told me they ran out of bobby pins at the salon. When I got home I was shocked to see them use SO MANY RUSTY clips on my hair (as pictured). I asked for a call back from CJ which they promised to do so, but not surprisingly given the service, nobody ever called back. By the way, this was in April and it's been 3 months (in July now) so I think it's fair to say no one will call to address this...

The treatment has been nothing short of amazing. It includes applying a specially formulated serum carefully over the scalp, especially on problem areas, followed by microneedling. While microneedling might sound intimidating, it’s actually a ticklish and surprisingly comfortable experience!

The entire session lasts around 90 minutes, during which I relax in a massage chair while Jessica, with her expert hands, combines the treatment with soothing head massages. After a couple of months, I’ve already started seeing visible results—my hair is regrowing!
