Coliwoo Lavender Collection — Local services in Singapore

I stayed at Coliwoo Lavender Collection for one year, leaving in May 2024, and I would highly recommend it to others. The location is perfect for commuting, with Boon Keng and Farrer Park MRT stations just a 5-minute walk away, along with several bus stops nearby. My studio, though not large, had an ample size that made it comfortable to live in. The high ceilings added a sense of space. It came with a TV, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom, and all utilities such as electricity, internet, and air conditioning servicing were included in the monthly rent—perfect for expatriates looking for a hassle-free living experience.

Although the washer and dryer were shared, I had no issues as we all seemed to know each other’s schedules, making it easy to coordinate. The tenants, mostly working professionals from different nationalities, were respectful, and we lived harmoniously with plenty of privacy. My room had two windows—one offering a peaceful view of the neighboring building, with skies and trees, while the other faced a worn-out building with chipped paint and an alleyway. I personally liked the character of the area, though it may not appeal to everyone.

The staff were always helpful, especially Tiffany, who swiftly addressed any concerns. The housekeeping team was also fantastic, keeping the place clean with weekly visits. I had some issues with one my appliance and a room furnishing and reported on the morning of that day. The relevant items were replaced and resolved on the same morning before noon. The service rendered was of the highest standard.

I really enjoy my stay and still have some months to go. The accommodation here is very clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The place here is so convenient for transportation and not to mention the many top notch reasonably priced eateries around here. I am sure I will feel sad and really miss staying here when the time for to leave and move to my own home which is under renovation.
