Did not have a very pleasant experience with the management of this charter.
Management was extremely inflexible and also unreasonable when me and my friends brought a dog which was not allowed on board. Granted it was my mistake for missing this point out on the long list of information/rules shared but I felt that such an important information could have been better highlighted. There were a couple of WhatsApp chats going on as well with different people and I recalled one of them highlighting to us a couple of important rules to note (did not highlight no pets allowed) which we did.
Anyway, it was not convenient to bring the dog back and we were eating into the yacht time at that point and despite our best efforts to offer a solution i.e paying a cleaning fee due to the fur (they were worried of allergies), not letting the dog inside of the yacht/tying him outside, the management did not budge and just simply told me that “captain decision will always be followed/I don’t care what the customer does but it’s not allowed” the funny thing is the management asked me to speak with the captain and he was just right beside me but he had to speak with another group of people that weren’t in contact with me. At that point I really didn’t know who I was supposed to speak to and had very conflicting information from the contact I had and the captain. (To which btw the captain David was really trying to help us negotiate at that point so hats off to him)
We eventually gave in because there was nothing else we could do so my friend eventually brought the dog back and we waited for her so the boat had to dock. They allowed us to extend 1 hour due to this mishap but charged us an additional $100 for this which I felt wasn’t fair and they should have at least waived this off.
Honestly the whole yacht experience was good (simply because it was a yacht) but I felt that information could be better communicated and it would be easier if we got all information from one source rather than coming from email, WhatsApp (2 chats + captain calling me).

Read moreSo far, 1-star for booking experience. The person answering WhatsApp gives irregular and inconsistent information, which differs from what is on the website. For example, website FAQ says you can bring wine on board without restriction, but in WhatsApp message they say no RED wine but liquor is OK. A later WhatsApp message said "no liquor." In the end, I am really not sure what is allowed because there are so many conflicting versions of information just about this one topic! The first information sent said tour would include a city skyline, then after I paid for the booking the confirmation said itinerary was strictly limited to visiting Lazarus Island & back. When I asked, they again reverted to city tour included if time allows. The booking charges are totally invented on the spot. The website has flat fees for yacht charter (with pax limits due to old COVID rules). The company is using this in order to extort $85 PER PAX extra fees despite offering ZERO amenities on board. No towels, no water, no ice, no plastic cups.. NOTHING. It costs them nothing to have an extra passenger on board, so it is pure exploitative profiteering. Would never book with this company again. They offer inconsistent and conflicting information, are not quickly responsive, and are now trying to exploit us for additional money without offering any service whatsoever in return. Read moreI reached out to Lena to book a yacht for my pre-wedding photoshoot, and the communication with her was incredibly smooth. She paid attention to every detail, considering my requests for the captain. Without a doubt, she ensured that my requests were communicated and fulfilled. However, I wasn't entirely pleased with the captain's conduct on the day of my photoshoot. We were asked to pay a sum for something we didn't utilize. Despite this, I chose not to inform Lena of the situation initially, preferring to resolve it internally.
To my surprise, Lena reached out to me via WhatsApp the next day to follow up on my experience and any issues I faced. This proactive follow-up was impressive, as many companies don't bother to follow up at all. Consequently, I decided to keep her informed about what had happened. Lena displayed remarkable patience, listened to our concerns, apologized and took every measure to clarify the situation with the captain. Ultimately, she managed to refund us the unnecessary payment.
Initially, I wasn't overly impressed, but Lena's exceptional customer service turned the tide. She's an absolute sweetheart! Thank you so much Lena for your amazing service!!
