SIMČIČ - Marjan Simčič — Attraction in Brda

We arrived on the date we had an appointment for I made the booking 2 months prior after a couple of emails the date was confirmed. However upon arrival Valerija seemed somewhat surprised and said that she had us booked in for the the day after and even implied I was at fault however after showing her the e-mail where it clearly showed the date she saw her error but was unwilling to help us in any way. This to me is unacceptable she said something along the lines “I don’t have time today I still have some export stuf to do”. She made the mistake and should have gone above and beyond to still fix her mistake. I have visited high end wineries in Boudreaux, Burgundy, Barolo, Germany and Austria and I have never had a bad experience but for everything is a first. Prior to coming to the winery I drank some of there cru wines, these are just OK I recommend you visit either Edi Simcic or Movia where they make beter wine and hopefully provide better service.
