It would be nice if your parking lot could have an information how to pay for a parking. We have parked there today, and got a fine even though first two hours are free. There was no sign that we need to write down an hour of an arrival. Very poor tactics for tourists. When we left the parking lot we saw a few other elderly men who were also fined, this is a very heartbreaking situation. We came here as a tourists, wanted to visit your local museums and restaurants, and were left with a fine. If we would have known about the rules we would have left the information when we arrived, but there was literally no sign or anything, but apparently your local security of camera caught us literally two minutes after we left the car. If you have a cameras or someone is checking that every 5minutes or something like that, would be nice to invest in...
