WOOP! Arena — Attraction in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

I was PRETTY DISAPOINTED with the Scape Rooms since it is not cheap at all (70€), I have been in other scape rooms that were cheaper and much more inmersive.

The introduction video they play it to you outside next to the stairs and entrance, where there is loud disco music and you hear all the people from the entrance talking and screaming. This is not inmersive at all, we almost couldn´t understand the audio.

When the 60 minutes pass they throw you from the place, they don´t ask you how was it, they don´t explain you anything, they don´t gide you until the end of the game or comment you what you did good or bad, or what did you miss or you should have done (in all the previous Scape Rooms that I have done they always do this).

We ask if they can please explain us what we where missing to solve and the answer was: sorry but the next people is waitting.

I felt like one more "number" that has to go fast so the next people can pass.

In all the other Scape Rooms that I have done including Ljubljana(and they were cheaper) at the start or at the middle of the game there is a characterized actor that takes part in the Scape Room.

I have read other reviews complainning about the same things so I hope they can improve at least the first 2 points. Scape Rooms should be inmersive experiences since that makes the experience worth it, and not make you feel like you are one...

REVIEW ABOUT ESCAPE ROOM

First of all, I have to praise the perfection of the HARRY POTTER escape room theme. It is very well done and the details are also superb, so I definitely recommend a visit. But I also have to say a bad word about the staff at the booking desk. I don't think it's very nice of the staff that since you ask if the escape room is suitable for a 5 year old child, they answer YES. But when you get to the room and complete it with the help of the assistant (who should be highly complimented), he says that it is suitable for children aged 12 and upwards. I would not have said anything if I had not had to pay an extra EUR 15 for my daughter, who is 5 years old. It would be fair to say maybe the room is a bit too hard for such a little girl, but it...

We had bowling reservation for 2 hours. Upon arrival we were informed that it will be postponed for 20 minutes because teams before us did not finish yet. So we started to play later. After 1 hour game on our lanes stopped. We had to go to the counter where we explained we paid for two hours. Then after 30 minutes again, game stopped. Again we had to go to the counter... And our game then stopped after 15 minutes... So in total our game lasted only 1 hour 45 minutes (minus going back and forward to the counter to tell them to prolong the game). And they did not want to extend the game to the paid 2 hours. I guess because other people were waiting to start to play on those lanes. So we did not get the 15 minutes...
