I found the cleaning staff extremely rude and noisy. They push you out the way instead of politely asking access to the ashtrays and they shove the broom into your legs one handely and most impolite. The beverage attendants are a pleasure to have as are the assistance workers. The food in the restaurant was poor quality especially for a Christmas day. Toilets are clean. All ATM machines were out of order Christmas day and the day before Christmas I was paid R550 short from the standard bank atm machine. Assistant was extremely helpful in getting the bank on the phone however it seems that this occured numerous times to other customers using the standard bank atm. No sign was in place warning customers we now have to wait to see if we get our money back from standard bank. I find payouts extremely poor at this casino everytime i attended your casino. My local casino pays much better. I travel for an hour to have more variety of games and always leave there disapointed. Ive never left as a winner from this casino. Sometimes i buy a visitors card to see if it makes a difference in payouts on the same machine. I generally play R5 and more and am constantly disapointed. V slots and grand slots pay much much better. Can't recomend your casino sadly and this is the general opinion from all our locals here in sedgefield. We have discussed the point of payouts at garden route and concluded that our well earned money is not offering entertainment at your casino. We would love to group together and drive out to garden route casino and make a day out of it but we have all been constantly disapointed and decide against the idea. Its not much fun to constantly loose. I'm not a sore looser. I understand that I stand a chance of loosing my money when gambling. When I start realizing that I wont2have a chance of winning which is why we play then I am reluctant to go back which is how I am feeling currently as do all my friends. OK so my two friends and I went to Red Cherry Café right. So my one friend ordered a mocha and my other friend and I ordered a designer shake which is basically supposed to be a gourmet milkshake.
OK so #1 they got the mocha order wrong and gave a designer coffee shake #2 I wanted a Milo shake and they said they don't have any mean while they gave someone else a Milo shake #3 I got a bar one milkshake that tasted like some weird tex chocolate flavour #4 the milkshakes had the taste of melted ice-cream #5 they were sooo runny when on the menu it says its Extra Thick #6 the coffee shake was warm at the bottom #7 the serves was so impatient in the begining of our evening and towards the end they basically never showed up like they weren't gonna come and ask if we wanted anything else #8 they were very sassy towards us #9 our order took long #10 they seated us at a table that was for 2 mean while we were 3 #11 the milkshakes made us sooo nauseous #12 our table was dirty when we got there #13 our milkshakes had pepper in #14 they gave us the wrong chande

Low quality food. Bad….badly managed restaurant i.e. que at egg station overly congested (one person making all of breakfast eggs and clearly not qualified to make eggs or even deal with public), toast machine next to que at eggs. Cappuccino machine not working properly. Pre-cooked food tried out. Bread for toast finished and long before new stock placed while que piles up…..I can go on snd on, but not sure if
If they wish to fix the issues, they need to: Train ALL the staff properly. Split the egg que away from toast que. Either pre-scramble raw eggs and have at hand or make scramble eggs in kitchen and put in warmer. Pre-boil some boiled eggs and set aside with rest of food. Have a well qualified manager on the floor to oversee the staff and deal with issues…. Etc.
