Golden Horse Casino — Attraction in Msunduzi Local Municipality

I have recently been to golden horse casino game room as a day out with my son who was overall excited about the new bowling facility. Only for us to experience a horrific bad day. When we get there finally after waiting over an hour for our name to be called. We find out there is no size for my son (like really which 6year old wearz a size 1 and over). Then to move to the actual arcade the token machine is forever broken aswell as the games and finally after getting to exchange the tickets. There are staff with an attitude as if they are giving the toyz for free. Itz so amazing how those ladies even got their jobs. They stand there with a look on their face as if they havent eaten for a YEAR. I actually dont mind driving all the way to suncoast casino because atleast they are abit more organised every single visit that i am there for. The most dissapointing part is that kidz are there all day long to be treated so badly and rudly from employees who get paid for that disgusting wayz. Itz such a shame that i live in pmb but cannot enjoy a weeknd with my son without driving miles away. I really hope they do something to sort this out and quick. I really feel the pain of those kids who are not accompanied by there...

Great casino. Had a messy encounter though with security guards yesterday though. So me and my sister drove there, with me driving her car, she wanted to meet her friend there and the great thing about the casino is that her child could get to play in the kids area while she spent time with her friend. So i decided to not stick around though, as I had my own meeting outside the premises. Left my sister the keys to her car and as I walked out the premesis the security guard said I wasnt allowed to leave my car and go elsewhere. I explained that the car was actually my sisters and she was still in the casino. They also hassled her as well in a condescending tone. Even on our way out the gate, when we were leaving, the security guard implied that we lied to him. This was quite disappointing because he didn't believe our story despite my having to explain it over and over again. What don't you believe a young black female can own a car? I wonder if he would have given had the same condescending reaction if we had been of...

My husband Naresh took me out for our monthly date night. I loved going to Jon doris for their prawn special. Everytime we go out that's what I have. Seems boring but believe me it's what I anticipate and wait for every time we go out. Jon Doris was exceptionally disappointing in comparison to all the other wonderful experiences we had there. Our waiter was absent throughout our meal. What I ordered I did not get and when called for assistance I was assured that my side order that was wrong would be replaced. We waited but seems as if the waiter we had and the one we complained to had forgotten us. Eventually we complained to the manager who was gracious enough to see to us. Our waiter came by only at the end with the bill and obviously for a hope at a good tip. My husband and I left there very disappointed and don't think we will revisit Jon Doris at the Golden horse...
