This spur is what you call customer service and it was such a nice vibe from staff. The best place ever! I would recommend everyone to go there the vibe and service is beyond everything I have ever experience before.

Read moreMy lady, daughter and myself visited the restaurant for lunch yesterday. From the entrance, we were welcomed by a male staff who was friendly. Front staff ladies were having a much more important conversation to notice us nor welcome ( talking over us). We were seated at a table and waited 10-+15min to be attended. My beer ( Windhoek bottle) was delivered sealed with out being opened, nor was at least an opener offered. Luckily I had one in my bag. My daughters meal arrived on time of which she enjoyed (ribs & chips) followed by my lady's burger which was phenomenal, sad part was my 200g fillet Wich was expired (off). Did appreciate the manager returning with honesty and a solution to offer another meal of which was definitely fresh, taster and better (350g tomahawk) and the plate was hot. Definitely not a place I'd visit again. Service alone is slow, saw a waiter taking payment from a customer while slouching (bending over the barricade behind customer). There's definitely no professionalism in this place. A lot of work has to be...

The food, however, is of the usual quality and they offer a pleasant Tim Burton style...
