Your quality of food needs to change microwaving and re-serving some one else's meal is a disgusting behaviour and seems to be normal habit of your staff. Hotel staff must say are excellent but your restaurant staff requires more training when dealing with customers. Your à la carte dinning is not available to under eighteens because they have blocked of the entrance from the side and only left open the entrance from the casino. You guard told us "You can enter but the child can have a takeaway and eat elsewhere" do you expect us not to eat with our child. I ordered a steak, egg and chips for myself at a price of R125 and my wife ordered a toasted bacon, egg and cheese with chips for R 45. I received a piece of steak no bigger than the palm of my hand with an overdone egg as well as the steak that I ordered "medium to rare" and maybe 15 chips. When I called the manager, unfortunately don't remember his name, but he just said sorrythat's how they do it in the kitchen. I would have rather ordered 3 of the toasted sandwiches instead. Lovely finishing, clean and tidy with a pool and fully functioning fitness center. The only issue is the dining area staff. Not attentive to guest needs and very slow. Very poor customer service. The buffet was excellent and catered for majority dietary requirements and was of excellent quality. For a major hotel chain it was disappointing that the coffee machine was not working during supper time and secondly the quality of coffee needs to be looked at.
