Pixie and Fairy Village is a delight to visit and has to be regarded as a wonderful highlight in Jacobâs Bay.
From the parking right through to the village, the whole place is a feast for the senses.
Nick will guide you through the village and will even take pics for your socials. He is a gem.
Speaking of staff, Altavia was wonderful in reception and really went beyond the call of duty to provide information on the village as well the local area.
She doesnât do to badly on sales either.
The village represents four years of work and itâs very delicately put together.
There are signs not to touch and one can understand their anxiety about the characters being damaged.
It costs R30 (about $1.7) per person to enter and they also have a nursery on the premises.

Massive collection of fairies, pixies, trolls and gnomes, delicately recreated within their habitat. Delicate being the key word, a lot of fine (read breakable) items on display, practically impossible to resist for a little three year old's curious hands. We had our hands full with a 2 and 3 year old, to keep them at bay. Best suited for kids that are older (and parents to keep their sanity).
There's a coffee shop to feed the hungry and a nursery for those with green fingers.
