I'm seeing Google reviews with one star, and the explanation they provide is both shocking and saddening. It's insane to discover that these people have no knowledge about the history of this site! It's too bad it's not Lotte World or another guided amusement park. You are experiencing an environment with genuine sounds, real people, and real smells, which deserves five stars on its own.
