Daegu National Science Museum — Attraction in Daegu

The Daegu national science museum, being located in the far outskirts of Daegu, is not easily accessible with public transportation, and is not worthy for any first time visitor to Daegu to spend the effort to go there. However, if you are living in the region for an extended period of time, have kids aged 3 to 15, and have access to a car, it is definitely an entertaining place to visit. The permanent expositions at the upper level are somehow basic but are interactive enough for kids to spend time there. Great for small children and adults alike. It's based out on the countryside so don't expect much in terms of dining, as there is only one cafeteria, a coffee shop and a CU. But that's easily dismissable since there's a nice town center with tons of restaurants nearby.
