The Daegu Weather Science Museum is free. That alone means you can't have that much to complain about. When I went it had a 15 minute 3D movie for kids (only in Korean, but you can get the gist of it), VR experience for those over 10, and three separate exhibits. Most things have at least a brief English description and explanation, and even without speaking Korean you should be able to have a good time and learn something about the weather...
