Definitely decent especially if you have kids. Marine life at the aquarium mostly has adequately sized tanks and are well kept. On the downside there are no larger marine exhibits such as sharks that you'd find in Busan's aquarium. It's not cheap either. One point over Busan is that Daejeon has a number of large mammals such as bears, hyenas, panthers (labeled black jaguars) and tigers. Read moreThis is a very nice aquarium with a wide variety of species. Many of them are the only ones displayed in Korea. They have fish from all continents. There is a touch tank, a place where children can put their feet in the water and have the fish nibble them, an alligator show and a small animal zoo on the second floor where you can pay to feed the animals.
