To be honest if you think you walked enough and wanna 'cycle' then go for it. Rail is positioned a bit lower than the ground that you barely see over the roads. As a Korean, I had a thought of what rail-biking is like because I've seen people doing that on tv shows. However, this one is not worth it at all. You just peddle hard to get to the turning point and come back the same path you pass. The only cool thing you can see is that you are riding next to an actual rail trains are running on. I recommend saving some money for renting Korean traditional clothes called 'Hanbok' rather than this...
