The view from our room was stunning. The floor to ceiling windows maximized the view and our corner room offered panoramic views of the sea. ||||Room: Extra large. One queen size bed one twin bed. Large tv, table with 3 chairs and small outside balcony. It also had a large soaking tub in middle of room which we did not use. Super clean. Comfortable beds, slightly on hard side.||||Bathroom: Walk in shower, sink area and separate toilet area||||Museum: Hotel is attached to museum and offered us a free museum tour. We would have gone on the tour but the time did not work for us . ||||Recommend: We only stayed one night. We wish we could have stayed more nights. This hotel in Hawaii would be like $900/night. It is a small boutique hotel. The part we stayed in had covered parking. The first floor was a cafe with stunning ocean views. The cafe person also checks you into the hotel. There is probably only about 6 rooms? Not really sure as our room was at the top of the stairs and I did not walk down the hall. No elevator but the stairs are wide. ||||car: you need a car to get here. It is up in the hills. Whatever you do when leaving the hotel do not turn left. We did that and the road gets very narrow very quickly. We were trying to figure out how to get to a main road (or wider road) and a truck approached us head on..luckily we were near a house with a driveway and were able to pull into driveway to let the truck pass. If we had to back up down that narrow road (stone wall on one side) it would have been a real challenge.||||This hotel is a gem. A true find. It is quiet and relaxing. I...

ย ย ย Read moreJeju Bom Stay was quirky, cute, and comfy. Each room is named for a different artist, and our room was just really nice to look at -- well-designed! We also had a small balcony where we could sit out, enjoying the sea air and listening to birds. The bed was quite comfortable, and all fixtures in the bathroom worked well. (Opening the big bathroom door made me feel like some kinda important person!)||||My favorite part of this hotel was relaxing out on the deck at sunset, sipping wine from the hotel cafe. The "staff dog" hung out with us, although he was too skittish to be petted. (Still, he was good company!) The view was just soooo good, with no traffic noises or anything to do any damage to our mood. It was also nice to look around at all the sculptures on the deck, in the lobby, and on the grounds.||||The next day was unfortunately rainy, so we hung out in the cafe in the morning, and a staff member (maybe the owner? sorry, I did not catch her name ...) spent time talking with us and even gave us a loaf of fresh, hot bread with butter on the house. Service was generally just really great and attentive. ||||I'm sad that I didn't get a chance to visit the museum that the hotel is a part of, but clearly that just means I'll need to go back someday. I recommend Jeju Bom Stay to people who want a little peace and quiet, and a place that really put a lot of thought into cool,...
