Gwangjingyo Observatory (Riverview 8th Avenue) — Attraction in Seoul

A true gem! It was quite a hike to get here from downtown Seoul but it was worth it. I can see why it's popular (bc of the view) but not crowded (it's far).

The seating to enjoy the view has a grace period of 2 hours and the beanbags are available for an hour. One can enjoy 3 in 1 drinks for a small fee to support this place. There are also art works for sale.

Drop by, it'll be a memorable experience 😍 not for people who are afraid of heights but don't be scared, it's not as bad...

Little hidden gem. ⭐ I enjoyed the view and the tea was nice. However, please be aware there is neither WiFi nor a coffee machine. They have the 3in1 coffees with hot water and some fizzy drinks or juice from the fridge. Snacks if you fancy some.

It says the tables are limited for 2-hour stays and the beanbags for 1 so for everyone to enjoy. - So not suitable for work. But completely recommended...

통창 넘어 보이는 한강뷰 자체도 너무나 좋은데, 유리 바닥 아래로 보이는, 물결 일렁이는 한강을 바라보면, 휴양지 느낌이 들기까지 합니다.

음료와 간식꺼리 등도 판매 하고요, 보드게임도 비치가 되어 있어요. (조용한 분위기라 게임을 하긴 어려울 듯;;)

단지 시설 내부에 화장실이 없어, 밖으로 나가 광진교 반대편으로 건너면 보이는 화장실을 이용해야 해요. (2분 거리) 화장실이 겉으로 보기엔 푸세식 간이 화장실 인데, 내부로 들어가 보면, 시설이 훌륭합니다~ 광진교 위 건널목은, 건널목 버튼을 눌러야만 신호가 바뀌어요! (시각장애인 용 버튼 아님)
