In general, I love bike certification centres, but this one was quite nice. Located near the Hangang Park, it has all the facilities like restrooms, grassy picnic spots, with great views of the Han river.

Quite wide open place where is good for bicycle exercise and other simple exercise with installed equipments. Located next to Gwangjin-Bridge and good place with families or alone to enjoy with exercise.

Better place for walking than biking unless you're just starting there for the Seoul to Busan trip or the Chuncheon trip. Otherwise it's a terrible place for a bike. Too many people on the path and none of them know how to walk or ride like a normal person. They'll swerve all over and walk out in front of you without looking and without care. But if you're on foot then none of that matters. And it's a nice area for walking around with 2 bridges for views and...
