고객센터의 불 친절함

집에서 가까워서 자주 이용했고 한번도 환불 요구한적 없었습니다. 이번에 도저히 쓸수 없는 물건이어서 처음으로 고객센터에 가져갔는데 60대 여성분이 응대하시면서 반품 받아줄수 없다고 자신이 정하더군요. 그래서 더 알아봐 달라고 했더니 다른 30대의 직원분이 오셔서 반품 처리를 받았습니다. 그리고 주차 해달라고 했더니 대뜸 하는 말이 "들어온지 오분 안됐으면 그냥 나가라"는 대 답을 하더군요. 주차처리가 됩니다 안됩니다는 말이 되지만 오분 안됐으면 빨리 나가라니요??
