Paris Croissant Dogok — Restaurant in Seoul

I like Paris Croissant restaurants because of their wide selection of higher quality bread (compared to Paris Baguette), but mostly because of their food items, such as salads and brunch items. Big breakfast brunch with scrambled eggs, side salad, sausages, potatoes, and crispy bacon was pretty yummy. Potatoes and bacon was cooked especially well. What makes the experience at this location fall short is the service. I get it, it’s crowded. But the busboy looked miserable and almost threw plates at everyone. When I asked the staff to pack leftover sandwiches, she took them and threw without looking at me/saying anything. I went to get some more bread, and the staff had laid out rows of black garbage bags in front of the cake display. Yum! Is that even legal? Paris croissant is the upper level brand of Paris baguette. This place has beautiful and tasty bakeries and good drinks. However, the cafe itself needs more people working there. Tables and couches are usually a mess and not cleaned fast enough. Often you will go in to find a dirty table and either ask the staff to clean them for you or clean it yourself. They are premium bakery so you pay high price for the service as well but even though they get super busy, they still need to be on top of the cleaning. I still gave 4 stars though because...
