Yongmaland is and abandoned amusement park. It opens at 9:30am and close at 18pm Monday through Sunday but it could be different depending on monthly events. β™‘ The admission fee for adults is οΏ¦10,000 and under high school students is οΏ¦5,000 and the parking fee is free. β™‘ The place is the best spot for a picture and it provides beautiful vintage landmarks for photography as well. β™‘ The rides at Yongmaland is rusty in various places but it combines the vintage appeal of old rides. It was vintage charming and quite colorful. β™‘ The amusement park is located in the Yongmasan-Yongma mountain. Really disappointed not able to access the space after reading so much good reviews of the space. Had to battle the heat amidst the steep climb but was really looking forward to it since we travelled all the way to this part of Seoul.

Unfortunately there's a Maxim Korea crew as well. Although we had the owner asking another staff for permission for us access, another crew came to us and told us to leave.

There's nothing else to do here so we wasted our 1hr journey for nothing and had to make another hour back to town.

We really hope we could speak to the person in charge of the shoot for some flexibility since they haven't even set up the shoot but none of them speaks...

He created these photos that we will cherish forever. He was very kind, polite, and patient with the process. Thank you μš©λ§ˆλžœλ“œ

We also really enjoyed taking photos in this park. One of the best experiences we had in Seoul! There is so much preserved magic of the past in this park. So many beautiful vantage points. A dopey place to hang out and take photos. Perfect for hipsters, retrophiliacs, or nihilists. A 15 min (unhill) walk is required as it's just beside a natural reserve. The drinks vending machines still works, but you'll go hungry if you didn't pack food. Sometime the owner, who speaks mostly korean, will switch on some lights at night. DANGER! NOT FOR KIDS! This place has broken glass, no railings, and rusty tools lying around. It is easy to walk up some stairs that lead to a sheer drop, or fall off high platforms. In fact, everyone should exercise common sense when poking around and using the aged rides.
