What a beautiful place!!!! I would LOVE to give 5 stars, but due to a hugh design flaw, I am giving 2 stars. This place is operated by the City and offers a reasonable price. An old Korean traditional style house designed to bring you back to josun dynasty with a modern twist. You get to sleep on a Korean traditional mattress, smell of fresh wood structure. If you get to rent sa-rang-bang, you will get a whole house with a sleeping area plus a dan which turns into semi patio (doors open upwards). A TV, a fridge, a wallmounted AC/heating unit, free wifi, bathroom with shower in a room. No cooking facility and you are not allowed to cook in the room. When we were in the area, a few different constructions were going on and we were told a cafe and other similar style of guest houses are in plan. 에어비엔비로 올모스트에피그램강진 모란으로 2월26-2/28일 2박3일로 숙박하였습니다. 옛 한옥을 개조한곳으로 현대식으로 깔끔하고 일교차가 크고 쌀쌀했는데 난방이 잘되어서 좋았고 온수및 수압도 잘나아와서 좋았습니다. 욕실이 두곳인데 한곳은 조적욕조가 있어서 여행후 고단한 몸을 반신욕을 하면서 풀기에 좋았습니다. 어메니티는 샴푸와 바디워시가 있어서 나머지는 챙겨야 하며 신발을 안에 보관할수있어서 발시렵지않게 신을수있었습니다. 단점은 침대 머리맡에 창이 있어서 인지 우풍이 들어서 일행은 잠을 잘 못잤다고 합니다. 개인숙소는 관리에서 미덥지 않아서 주로 호텔이나 리조트를 선호하는편인데 기업에서 운영해서 그런지 관리가 잘 되어있었습니다. 강풍이 불어서 여행중에 방풍자켓을 빌렸는데 너무 용이하게 잘 썼습니다. 옷대여및 우산대여가 되는점이 편리하고 좋았고 한옥숙소는 처음이었는데...
