Aqua Planet Yeosu — Attraction in Yeosu-si

If you're looking for a fun and educational outing for the whole family, this is the place to be! We had an amazing time exploring the variety of sea life on display. The highlight for us was definitely seeing the beluga and sea lion up close—truly a magical experience!

The aquarium is spread over multiple floors, each packed with fascinating exhibits. The kids were thrilled, and even we adults found ourselves learning new things about marine life. It’s incredible how much there is to see, and everything is so well-organized.

We also loved the convenience of having souvenir shops and food stalls scattered throughout. The food court prices were quite reasonable. It was nice not having to leave the venue for lunch, which helped us make the most of our day.

What really stood out was how engaging the displays were for our kids. They were so excited to learn about the different sea creatures, and the interactive elements kept them entertained for hours.

Fun spot to take kids to and spend a day. We went thinking it would be a quick in and out, but ended up spending a few hours visiting all the exhibits and watching the shows. Speaking of shows, the magic show they do is a MUST. The kids loved it! Also, the color exhibits were really well made. I recommend going at the end so you can experience something new after all the sealife. They have a food court with lots delicious selections and some American style fare as well. Yeosu Aquarium is famous, so I went to Yeosu while traveling, and I understood why it is famous. First of all, it was nice to have various marine life, and it was nice to have a clean interior. It was nice to see marine life up close and some places expressed a little mysterious feeling in nature. The place where only jellyfish were collected was pretty, and the place where only beluga could see was fun because beluga played. Oh, the Little Mermaid performance was really fun!
