This is a hidden treasure.Not huge but full of interesting plants. So peaceful and restful, no one to hurry you but left alone to wander with a map and all species numbered and named. At this time of year, not the best to see flowering plants but that does not take anything away from this little gem. Bijou botanical garden. Lots of interesting tropical and subtropical trees crammed into a tiny space. The garden originators can't have known how large their specimens were going to grow! Very cheap entrance fee, including the loan of a laminated pictorial guide - most of the trees have a number on them. Small but cute garden filled with beautiful plants. A bit of shade and scents on a sunny day. The opening days are unusual, it was closed on Sunday, so make sure you check before going. The lady you buy tickets from was lovely and she speaks English. There's bathroom but no parking outside, however there's a free carpark at the bottom of the street, just very busy...
