What an excellent service. So helpful and English speaking too. Very accommodating.Luis assisted us on a fridge together with heaters for our apartment.Kept in touch with us throughout the process with communication on thier WhatsApp right down to the day of delivery keeping us informed of when we were next in line that morning for delivery and called when outside our apartment. At one point we had to change one of the items we intended to purchase and were given a credit note that lasted over a year to use. I can’t recommend Dtodo highly enough. Desperate for a new washing machine urgently, we visited yesterday and were helped by the knowledgeable and charming Luis who spoke impeccable English. Our chosen appliance was delivered this morning by a lovely helpful young man who installed it and it’s now up and running less than 24 hours since we visited the store! Delivery updates were communicated by WhatsApp and they even took the old appliance away within the price!! I needed a new fridge / freezer and I had recommendations to go to Dtodo Appliances. From the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a friendly and professional manner. Luis guided me the appliance, and I went with his recommendation. Don’t worry about the language barrier, Luis speaks perfect English.
