Barraña beach — Attraction in Boiro

Great beach to come with dogs, lots of space. Dogs are allowed on leash during summer. Water is very clean, the beach is usually full of algae and mussels so don't be fooled. Depending on the tide might be really uncomfortable to bathe in, but great to walk in (water level is even) and explore. Kids will also have a great time here exploring. There's showers, restrooms and ice cream/ drink stalls along...

What I love about the beach is that you have many toilets and bins along the boulevard. The beach is clean apart from lots of plastic things they use to grow mussels... in high season and with nice weather you'll find lifeguards and they open up the small icecream stands.. there is a volleyball/football field and boardwalks... the beach is long enough...

It's a long beach with plenty of places to sit. You can sit on the sand or on the grass. It Has picnic areas and small beachside cafés. There is a promenade along the beach for walking with cycle paths. There's also a place to play volleyball or to kicjk a ball about. The only disadvantage is the sand....
