It is an excellent activity for kids to enjoy! Our 7 year old boys were too tall for the children's trail, so we were directed to the blue trails across the road. Todo el personal muy agradable excepto un chico rubio de pelo largo que se mostró desagradable y prepotente tanto con clientes como con sus propios compañeros ayer,...poniendonos nerviosas a mi y a mi hija de 11 años, que estaba asustada y me esperaba a mi a alcanzarla para ir juntas en la zona roja, dandonos prisa porque el tenia que plegar. Se supone que dispones de un tiempo prudencial!!..si hay entre75 min/90min para hacer dos zonas porque a los 50 te dicen que apures el tiempo!??!..la actividad esta muy bien y la zona muy cuidada..aunque no es barata pagamos por dos personas 40 euros, se supone que es para divertirse en familia, aprender y perder el miedo a la actividad..no a infundarlo y agoviarse. Porfavor un poco de tolerancia!! La verdad nos fuimos con sabor amargo por este personaje que encima nos dijo que si no estabamos deacuerdo pusieramos reclamación. Y así lo hago!! Una pena porque soy clienta de cada año voy varias veces a disfrutar de diferentes actividades de las que disponen y siempre llevo a amigos pero nunca me tocó este chico.. Deseando que tomen medidas de a quien ponen al cargo como jefes de equipo..que asi parecia...
