Read moreA very interesting museum filled with fossils and fascinating artifacts. Our 8 year old Grandson loved it and we spent an hour looking at all the exhibits. Very reasonable entry fee and a nice little shop selling fossils and model kits for all ages. The curator of the museum was a lovely man. On leaving the premises we discovered our car had been towed by mistake and the curator could not have been more helpful. He spoke perfect English and phoned the towing company/police and explained our situation, he then phoned a taxi for us and even offered to pay for it if we had no money. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help with what should have been a disastrous situation. Well...
Read moreThis little museum is interesting but be aware of the museum shop if you have a stone collecter in you group. They have a fun little shop where you can buy stones and shark teeth.
The location is in the old part of the city and not a lot of parking available around so be prepared to walk a little.
