We have been going to Spain for 20 years and always enjoy this great wine, and we were simply interested in the entire process of wine production in Spain. We also have wine-growing regions here in Saxony, where we come from. The wine-growing area in Saxony covers 522 hectares and is mainly located in the Elbe Valley. What a pleasure it was to spend the afternoon with Albert, learning about the region and the winemaking process. He showed us the winemaking process from start to finish in the heart of the winery, surrounded by the tanks, barrels and equipment where these beautiful artisanal wines are produced.
