Lidl — Attraction in Icod de los Vinos

When this store of Lidl first opened, it was fantastic… Friendly service from helpful polite staff, Efficiently run, Clean and well stocked. All of the qualities Lidl's customers respect and enjoy . Sadly, not at the moment. It seems vastly understaffed during busy periods, causing issues. The parking validating is the most annoying issue by far. The self-service attendant must also validate all their parking tickets and, sometimes, when it's busy, accidentally returns your stub to a client who still has their ticket in their pocket.... two cars now not able to exit 😒. It happens frequency. Fix the validating issues 🙏 hire more staff to get it back to normal please , be more flexible....

Hoy visité Lidl y compré varias bandejas de chuleta de aguja. Al pasar los productos por la caja de autoservicio, detectamos que se estaban cobrando a un precio superior al correspondiente según el peso real de la carne, debido a un fallo en las etiquetas.

El empleado que estaba en ese momento, Rayco, revisó la situación y la consultó con su encargada, a quien llamaba "Nay". Sin embargo, la respuesta de la encargada fue bastante indiferente, mostrando poco interés en resolver el error, incluso cuando Rayco insistió varias veces para que se nos cobrara correctamente.

Finalmente, le dijimos al empleado que no se preocupara, no obstante, finalmente fue él quien resolvió la incidencia.

Quiero destacar la excelente actitud de Rayco, profesionalidad y compromiso, cualidades que no siempre se encuentran. Gracias a Rayco por su dedicación y por intentar que las cosas se hicieran bien, incluso cuando no contó con el apoyo de su encargada, quién demostró que no le importa el bienestar de...

New modern LIDL since 2022 in the North of Tenerife. Parking space here is limited and it can get crowded on the weekend. I recommend going there to odd-hours to have more space and privacy. A good and nice supermarket addition to the zone here. PS: Not as good for gluten-free products as Mercadona (nobody can beat...
