Valdearenas Beach — Attraction in Iznájar

Nice lakeside inland beach. We came on a weekday, so it was very quiet most of the day except a half hour each in the morning and afternoon when some kids from a local summer camp came down for a splash around in the water. We went here for the day as it's a man made beach about 30 mins from where we stayed. It's quiet and my son and granddaughter went out on pedalo with slide which they enjoyed whilst I relaxed under a coconut umbrella on a sunbed. There are also kayaks for hire. Lake is suitable for swimming in and fishing as quite a few fish although not sure if licensing laws there There's a small stand that sells crisps drinks etc which is handy and the people who run it...

Great lake beach, easy to get to but a little remote. Rental available for pedalos, sunbeds with canopies, paddle boards. A beach side van provides snacks and drinks and some simple restaurants are close by for hot food. You can drive up to the waters edge and park next to your sun lounger if you'd like.
