We were a little disappointed at first to find we couldn't use the pedalos, being October and out of season they only had one member of staff managing that side, so could only hire kayaks, which was great fun. We went a couple if times and being quiet our bags (with no valuables left in them) were safe enough on the beach. There were can couple of coves where we went swimming and although we took snorkel and masks, there wasn't much to see due to the poor visibility, probably churned up by us with 3 or 4 kayaks rowing close together. Although we were told an hour I don't think they would have bothered if we were longer, as they drive down with the kayaks then drove back up till we returned then came back down to take the boats back then.||It was the last day of the route de tapas on our first visit so was heaving, the food was great and staff were very friendly, a couple spoke a little English, which combined with our basic Spanish was ok. Portions were a decent size and everyone in our party of 10 enjoyed their meal, which was reasonably priced. The complimentary magnum ice cream bonbons finished it off nicely. ||This was the only venue we went back to during our trip, although we may have gone again but the lake was closed at the end of the week due to a rave festival being held there.||Just a pity we couldn't use the pedalos as...
