Watch out! TURIST TRAP, maybe even scam. They want you to pay for visiting a beach. On island there are lots of better free beaches.
Of course if you are here for the first time you will use for example Google Maps. They will take you through the narrow streets (1 car width, on the walls around you will see anti-turist grafitti) to the destination. On place there is a paid parking (look out- they may charge you just for turning around).
I didn't decided yet what to think about restaurant which is part of this. In one way they are part of this all, they use they own tricks (if you look rich or make dicent order you will get better table, if you will ask what they are recommend they will just offer you moste expensive dish🤦), but on the other site they prices are not not so high as for the turist trap and size of the dishes are dicent (I must admit that one dish can be enough for...
Read moreWell I would say first of all I’ve not been away for 15 years, but the entry was ground , very spacious though out of the hotel and also the rooms very impressive, the restaurant is so big, the only thing is the hot food is cold and it is the same food every night, but saying that there is lot of different foods to choose from, the breakfast every morning is also the same, the pool is cold, the rooms are cleaned everyday the staff are friendly, not much choice for veggie eaters, the entertainment is rubbish I’ve got to say not good at all, a lot of the tv is in other languages not that I watched tv anyway , you only get one bottle of water and this is on arrival, there should be a fresh bottle east day, this hotel shouldn’t be marked as a 4 * it is more...

The beach itself is also not worth it, there are black sand beaches elsewhere on the island if that's what you're after. The waves are high and rough and you're not really even supposed to go in past a few meters. Lifeguards will call you out immediately. The sun gets blocked out due to it being recessed.
There is a small car park down there, costs 5 euros with no other opportunity to park.
I would pick a...
