One of the worst spa experiences I've ever had. My boyfriend and I reserved a spot for the "Ruta de Bienestar SPA". Far from being a "spa" (just 20 minutes of sauna and a very light hydromassage tub offered, a pretty flat experience), we assumed the customary Arab wash with traditional soap was also included, given the name "hammam". It was not like that. We also thought the place was dirty: in the changing room shower, we discovered the previous customer's underwear, the bathrobes provided smelt bad and were stained (I can offer images), and the sauna mats were similarly filthy. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she apologized, saying that the employees had a difficult day and did not offer any form of discount or voucher to attempt to save our opinion. We won't be back again. €70 poorly spent.

La instalación es impecable, cuidada hasta el último detalle, y el programa que ofrecen está muy bien pensado. Repetiré, sin duda, al menos un par de veces al mes. La sensación de bienestar es profunda, te deja flotando. Además, hacen limpiezas faciales completas, con productos orgánicos, radiofrecuencia y masajes relajantes de verdad, con técnicas originales. Muy recomendable. Un lugar donde cuerpo y mente se reconectan. 🌿✨

Es un lugar fuera de serie, te cambian la vida! Muy contenta, salí con piel de bebé, te tratan con cuidado y te consienten como reina, el primero de muchos, se los recomiendo, no se van a arrepentir. Is a place out of this world, they change the life.”! Very happy, I get out with baby skin, they pamper and take care of you, treat you like a queen, the first of many, I highly recommend, you won’t regret.

This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've been here, and every time, it's been amazing. The staff are friendly and wonderful at what they do. The installations are always spotlessly clean as well. I noticed one negative review, which blows my mind as I've never experienced anything other than 5 star service and cleanliness here. I noticed its the only bad review they have, which is also very telling. If I were you, I'd take that review with a pinch of salt and listen to this...

What an amazing experience we had! We decided on a Sunday to get ourselves spoiled a bit. Very kind and attentive staff that know what they're doing. They guided us happily through all the stages (we went for one of the full experiences: sauna, body scrub, massage, manicure and pedicure etc) and we couldn't be happier with the attention and care we received.

Highly recommended, we're definitely going...
