I’m not happy that they have a closing hour but yet several times I’ve come at 20:45 they say they’re already closing or they have already closed the doors. I don’t find it professional for any establishment to advertise their closing hour at 22h and then to deny entry to a customer at 20:45. This has happened to me several times and I really consider not going anymore because of this reason. Especially some new employees they have which are very rude. Recently, my daughter and I visited the Bobby Jump trampoline park in Marbella, and it was absolutely fantastic! My daughter had the time of her life – jumping, running, and laughing non-stop, while I enjoyed watching her happy moments.

No idea why they opened to be honest. The park is so big, only one monitor. So ultimately you have to watch your kids, watch your bags and you can't even get a coffee. The service staff is rather on the phone or chatting with their friends rather than providing an acceptable service. So as a parent you sit there and can't even get a hot drink. Ridiculous.
