As an Aquapark the place is average or let's say not too bad. The problem is that they working with animals and people. Regarding animal keeping it looks more like a pet shop with some fish tanks than professional keepers who take care about their animals. We paid for services like Dolphin Experience this experience looks like a production line just to increase their income rather than care about their animals. All the dolphins noses are wounded, they don't have a chance to regenerate their wounds due to high popularity and experience. "Trainers" weren't reply to any questions regarding the animals circumstances such as keeping and health they just ignore it. I am a certified photographer, but I have been advised that I can't take pictures during the experience, as they have their photographers and I can buy the copies. I paid for service, they promised I can download the original pictures later, I received a printout on site with their logos and access codes printed on it but the quality was like the same if I bring cell phone with always flash on to my 5 years old daughter (maybe she shoots better pictures) way too bright taken with incorrect settings (I don't wan't also to explain how the dolphin's like the flash straight in their eyes...). I didn't worried with this much as I have been informed I can download the original pictures (and able to re edit them). They advised after 48 hours I will be able to download them. After 72 hours they still weren't visible. I tried to download them 4 or 5 months after still nothing. I get in touch with them they stated we just keep the images for 1 month (no one mentioned this on site). I requested a refund in this case, they simply ignore my mail without cooperation... Worst ever animal keepers and customer service. If you want an Aquapark experience it's average. Be prepared for huge queues at the attractions and to pay extra fees for sun beds etc also just to make extra income and sell their "services" at all costs without support.

I'll start with a disorganized and sad looking parking lot. Double the pay, but make the pavement with markings instead of the hired employees of the street look and manners, and visitors will be more willing to drive to you. About the staff inside, they differ from the parking attendants only in uniforms with the inscription "lifeguard". This is where the differences end, but politeness, respectful attitude, communication with English-speaking visitors does not begin. 80% of service personnel simply confuse the definitions of serving and giving commands. On the top landing, you may be pushed closer to the steps if your presence on the landing seems unnecessary to them at the moment. If you accidentally drop the tubing down, none of the staff will offer you a new one without a queue - stand in the scorching sun for another 15 minutes while the friends of the service staff sort out the equipment with the inscriptions "fast pass" and go up the slides over the heads without a queue. As for the slides themselves, the water park is pretty mediocre, but for many of us, this is enough, complete with a good human attitude. Separately, I want to note the excellent work of the dolphinarium workers and their pets! Guys, you and your work are admirable and single-handedly pull out the rating of this institution, despite the cramped conditions and a couple of tiny pools for four large dolphins…

Absolute nightmare, overcrowded place. Bought tickets in advance. It took long time waiting in the queue for the locker key and then we were waiting for people to move out so we could actually access our locker. First thing me and my daughter went to take pics with dolphins for 11:30am, we stood in the queue for nearly 1 h for them to tell us we need to purchase ticket beforehand. I had my card in the locker so we had to go back to the locker for the card. We lost our space in the queue. We bought the ticket in the kiosk and been told that the next round for pictures is at 1pm. We had to watch lengthy performances of sea lions and then dolphins to be able to finally get in the line for picture with dolphin. Just before the performance had finished I stood first in the queue which was lining up in the same place as before. When performances finished I’ve been told that now the queue is on the other side of the place. I had to go all the way round to end up in another lengthy queue. It all took few hours just to get this bloody picture my daughter was dreaming about. I don’t have to add up that we stood there in a heat and pure sun. We had to leave early in the morning to get there, we were so hungry. I didn’t have any food with me to picnic so we went to the restaurant (starving) and waited 2,5 hours (2,5 hours!!!) for food. We were exhausted, hungry and it just spoiled our experience. Only one person was serving all customers. Considering how busy this place is, it was a joke. Of course the staff lady wouldn’t rush would she? It was 4.30pm when we finally ate and could go to the pool. Oh, the queues for the slides were massive also. Staff would give away the floaties veeeery slowly. My daughter is definitely over 1m15cm but the measure signs would show she is not tall enough so we didn’t even bother to stand for over one hour just to be told she’s not allowed to slide down as not tall enough. So we did not go on even one slide. When the coach arrived, the driver wouldn’t let us inside for ages. We stood there waiting between two buses with the engines on, puffing the heat onto us, plus the sun and hot air temperature. I nearly fainted. The driver was writing something down on the piece of paper for ages in cool air conditioned cabin. We stood outside waiting. We got back to the hotel absolutely exhausted and felt like we’ve just wasted the day for such a horrible experience. I won’t even mention money waste. I’m not a moaner in general and always grateful but this experience really was playing on my nerves. Never again. Great place to visit but things need to be improved...

👀💥👀💥AVOID at all costs. 💥👀💥👀

🟥🚩🟥🚩🟥🚩🟥🚩🟥🚩🟥🚩🟥🚩🟥

So after choosing water world for the last 3 years we decided to go to marineland for a change. (Even after all the negative reviews we read)

Upon arrival we jumped out of the taxi to be greeted by a worker at the gate smoking the old wacky baccy without a care in the world. (Bare in mind this is a Children’s resort) 🙈

We Paid £200 euros for fast pass. Within a few minutes it was clear that we had to que with standard passes. Queried this with reception after queuing for 20 mins to be told we hadn’t paid for fast pass. Proven by the receipt and wristbands we were then told we had to wait with standard passes as it was busy. We asked for a refund on the fast passes to be told no refunds. I tried to record them saying no refunds on fast passes to be assaulted straight away by a security from behind. He said I can’t record and grabbed me and through me out the gates and told to leave. This was infront of my 2 children and wife. I have the 40 minutes camera footage of which is all we spent inside the resort queuing for 1 ride which we never got to go on. if anyone would like to see the cctv of the assault and language they used (not just to me but to several hand full of ppl) please ask I was extremely polite for them to be very aggressive to me infront of my wife and children. We wasn’t the only ppl to ask for the fast pass to be refunded and I was only 1 of 6 others that was also made to leave. All we wanted was a fast pass for my disabled child or to be charged just the standard pass amount. No need to be violent infront of so many onlookers, most of these also decided to leave on their own accord after witnessing such behaviour. This place is run and managed by young immature hooligans.

Fortunately after informing my bank and with the footage I supplied to them the bank has now refunded the payment.

Without letting it upset our children and our holiday we are now of to water world to enjoy the rest of the day.

Please Read and listen to the reviews before...
