Visité la bodega el sábado con parte de mi familia. Las instalaciones son espectaculares. Todo limpio y cuidado al detalle. Nuestra visita fue guiada por Fátima, una chica encantadora con un gran conocimiento sobre el vino y todo lo que lo rodea y con un toque de humor que hace que la visita sea extraordinaria. Durante la visita pasamos por los distintos espacios dónde se va desarrollando cada uno de los procesos del vino. Mi sitio favorito es el lugar donde están ubicadas las barricas por ese olor tan especial a roble 😍. Dispone de zona de jardines y un edificio aledaño en el cual se realiza la cata, está todo nuevo y cuidado al detalle. Tuvimos la suerte de charlar un rato con dos de los fundadores originales de viña Pedrosa, con Adolfo durante la cata y con su hermano Manuel en la entrada, dos personas muy carismáticas y enamoradas de lo que han conseguido.
