Parque Comercial Gran Plaza — Attraction in Roquetas de Mar

We find the same shops as everywhere, nothing special, bad choice of restaurants and cafes (MC Donald's, burger king, KFC) and some bad tapas bars. But the biggest problem of this shopping center is the huge noise, as the Spanish people apparently like the noisy places they don't even notice the stupid hard unnecessary music which is loud and disturbing. If you visit the center to go the Carrefour leave your children home otherwise they will drive you mad, as when you enter the mall you will find small battery cars and bikes for rent 5 euros/10 minutes, that's 30 euros/hour, it is just insane!!! So besides the crying of your children willing to drive one of these stupid cars and the loud music of the center, you will spend a very bad moment. These kind of places should be control by law, enforcing their management to do things right instead of what they are doing. Before I forget, don't go to this kind of ship centers if you need a smartphone or some kind of advice, it seems that in Spain phone shops managers don't understand that all phones should be free of any kind of password, available to be tested at any time by the customers, that all phones should have a full technical details...

Experiencia pésima en la tienda de GUESS EN GRAN PLAZA ROQUETAS. Ví en la tienda un bolso precioso que desgraciadamente tenía las costuras mal hechas o defectuosas pero no me di cuenta. Mi hermana me lo compró por Navidad y le quitó la etiqueta. En la tienda me lo guardaron durante dos días porque me comentaron que no tenían más disponibles en el almacén. Sin embargo, tras habérmelo probado en casa pude percatarme de este error de fabricación. A día de hoy 4 de enero todavía se me incluye dentro del plazo de devolución y ni si quiera estoy pidiendo un reembolso, sino un intercambio por el mismo artículo en buen estado. Fui a la tienda con el ticket y comenté humildemente el problema con el que me encontraba. La dependienta rubia, que supongo será la encargada, me dijo: “chiquillo, si eso son sólo unos hilos, en un momento le pego un tijeretazo y se queda bien”. No gracias, para cortarle el hilo a un bolso de guess que me ha costado 70€ ya lo puedo hacer yo sólo en casa. No te preocupes….Pensaba que podría haber recibido un trato completamente distinto, ya que no sólo tenían más bolsos disponibles en la tienda, sino que según la atención al cliente de guess, aunque el ticket esté fuera de plazo de devolución, al cliente se le garantizan hasta dos años de garantía. La dependienta no quiso ayudarme al respecto, pues insinuó sin veracidad ninguna que el bolso estaba usado y que ya no tenía etiqueta. El servicio al cliente de Guess me ha comentado que este acto por parte de la dependienta no ha sido correcto y que por ley se me incluyen dos años de garantía (aunque el ticket esté incluso caducado) Me dijo que lo que le pasaba al bolso era una tontería y que no se consideraba un defecto.Palabras textuales: “es que hasta a un vestido de Versace se le puede caer un hilo y no pasa nada, hijo”.Me parece que no es ella la que tiene que estar satisfecha con mi compra, sino yo como consumidor el que decide o no si estoy de acuerdo con el producto que he adquirido. La verdad nunca me ha pasado algo así en ninguna tienda y pasé mucha vergüenza de que se me juzgara como una persona caradura sin ninguna prueba. Me parece que como consumidores tenemos el derecho de reclamar algo que bajo nuestro juicio consideramos defectuoso y está totalmente fuera de lugar la actitud y la falta de profesionalidad de esta dependiente. Con todo esto, ningún problema con el resto de dependientas en el establecimiento, pues todas las demás fueron muy educadas conmigo y entendieron mi problema. I ride my bike to go shopping and there's just one place I can lock it up safely but then again there is lots of security and cameras. I wish there were more toilets as far as I know there is only one on the first floor. There are lots of quality shops for every budget which is great and taxis outside all the time if you don't have a car.I'd say it's pretty good for disabled access too from what I've seen but I'm not disabled so can't vouch for how accessible it really is overall or for the shop layouts etc. It would be absolutely epic if they had more amusement park games here so there's something different to do especially when it's rainy however there is a cinema. It is easy to find and there is a bus stop outside next to the roundabout but the service isn't too great so be prepared for a wait....
