We went to Parque Warner Madrid in August 2021. We bought a package of hotel for 4D3N and 2 days in Parque Warner + 1 day in Parque Warner Beach. We were much excited for our visit there, not until we arrived there.

Parking ticket + Parking We went there by a car, and arrived around 11:30 The queue of the cars were already ridiculous. Out package are exclude the parking fee, so we paid the parking per day.

The payment system for parking was very slow. It could take up to 2 mins per car. They need to change this system to be faster.

They have 2 kinds of parking: €11 for a parking without cubierto, or €13 with cubierto. If you are lucky, you can find a space with a shadow for without a cubierto.

In the parking area, we found many dustbins which was good since some people had lunch and dinner near their cars.

The entrance for tourists with a bus or a taxi or public transportation is different. You just need to follow the sign.

Entrance ticket + Food policy You need to scan your bar code of ticket before entering to the park. A security will check your bag first. You ARE NOT ALLOWED to take food inside the park, but you can carry water as many as you can.

We saw many visitors try their best to carry food inside, and their food ended on the trash. They need to have better policy with these food. Instead of throwing the food or snacks, they can keep and the visitors can take back when they left, or gave to people in needs nearby. Some snacks were not open yet, and they were on trash. It made me so sad. There are still many people outside with hungry.

During COVID-19 era, the visitors needed to wear their masks. There are many disinfectant available to clean the hands.

They have many toilets and some were in clean condition.

They have some free shows to watch. We watched local academy police 3 times which was amazing show, gotham city hall, and aquamen in the midnight.

The queue to enter for the police academy show was so long. They have limited capacity per show. Make sure you are in the queue sooner.

Gotham City Hall show is outdoor. You can sit for free. There was a problem when we saw the show. A couple with 3 kinds stayed in front standing and did not want to sit. So many people behind complained, the authority tried to persuade them to sit, but they did not care. The authority needed to do something with this kind of behavior. It was so bad situation.

Aquamen show was in the midnight. You need to sit on the floor near water area to get a good spot. You must have food to wait the show to be begun. The show was extremely amazing. We did amazed with their performance.

The park has many things of fun to do. It is child-friendly park. The workers will tell you immediately if your kid is allowed or not to enter. The queue time was ridiculous. It could take up tp 1 hours for some attractions. You need to choose carefully before entering to the queue. We almost explored all the attractions.

You can buy vip pass if you do not want to wait 1 - 2 hours, but for us it did not worth. We just need to choose wisely to take the attractions. When there was less people there, we entered to the queue.

Food Since they did not allow people to carry food inside, there are some restaurants sell food inside. The price was not good, too expensive for us. So, we decided to go outside to eat in our car. Then, we re-entered to the park.

Overall, the experience was amazing and good. The queue was the only thing that made us...

I went there with friends on April 4th (Easter sunday) and it was surprisingly not crowded at all, which is probably because of the specific date + the pandemic. Those who bought the overpriced fastpass on this specific day, definitely wasted their money. We arrived there early, judged the entrance queue and decided to buy the regular pass (and even got a 30% discount because one of us was a student, and bought our 3 tickets). The park opened at 12h (noon) as always, just as the website states. Transport: Kind of awkward without a car. I took the train from Madrid to Pinto (C3 dirección Aranjuez) and that took about 30 min (google maps shows the exact time of departure). Then I had to take the bus (413) at the bus stop which is exactly across the train station, but the bus comes about every 30-60 min (there are different timetables depending on the day). You may be able to connect both transports smoothly or be stuck waiting quite a bit. (I ended up taking an Uber for 18€ to get to the park quickly because I didn't want to keep my friends waiting). If you do take the bus, consider 2€ cash per person for each trip. It's just one bus stop to the park, but the trip takes about 15-20 min. You get off the bus very close to the entrance. On the way back, I left the park at about 19h00, took the bus at 19h15 (the one after that was at 20h) and was back in Pinto 5 min before the train to Madrid arrived. The Renfe trains run until midnight, so as long as you catch the bus, you will never risk missing a train (buses only run until the park closes).

Attractions: COVID measures are being taken on every single ride. The guards are constantly reminding people of keeping the distance marked on the ground, and expect you to use the hand sanitizer that the park provides. All of the big roller coasters were up and running except for the one in the wild west area. The queues on this day took about 15-40 min (yes, I entered both the batman and superman ones with only a 15 min difference around 17h00, which was faster than around noontime). It looks like some of the medium (as in no-adrenaline-rush) attractions were closed, and the kid area was surprisingly more crowded than the rest of the park, with slower queues (30-50 min). Kid shows and the haunted house were working as usual (apparently), but I think they ask for an extra fee.

Food: Many small food places were closed, some opened in the late afternoon. I counted two big restaurants (adult menus for about 17€), a big burger and hotdog place in the kid area (porky pig restaurant) with beef, chicken and vegan (beyond burger) burgers with fries and drinks for about 10-12€. There were also small ice cream parlours and a starbucks in the park. None of them was too crowded, so it'd take about 5-15 min to get your order prepared if it was a big meal. Food in general is junkfood, which is not surprising for a theme park. Not spectacular, but not bad either. Salads were scarce and they didn't look vegetarian, but I was happy to find that vegan burger (as a vegetarian myself).

Overall, I loved the experience. I have been to theme parks in Orlando (USA) and in Japan, and even though this one is smaller and less mind blowing, the roller coasters are fun and the scenery is just as good. I am aware that I was lucky crowd-wise, but you could check the website which tells you how full it is at the moment, and make your predictions of how full it might be on the day you...

I will give 3 stars, but, overall, I think it was between 3 and 4. Some attraction was nice , but some attraction are old and I have a sensation of being cheated . We visited the in December, we buy expensive tickets despite offer, with access, food, line-skeep Family type. (passé corecaminos) and drink.

Transport - bad ideea to go without car. The ongoing was fine. The outgoing was a disaster. Pay attention for time schedules, and be carefull, is Spain. Finally after 1 h waiting for 412 bus, we choose Bolt with suplimentary payment. No chance to take a bus. We pay 44 eur for nearest Metro station in Madrid.

Access to park no comment, it's Spain. Also, no comment about price. If you want to see, you pay. Line skipper - buy family pack only is you have children between 6 and 12 years old, otherwise is Not worth it. Also silver and gold. Maybe platinum, but is expensive. We finally buy separately for the big attraction (10 eur or 20 eur Batman escape, per person, depending the attraction). Also, the app is very simple, but only if you speak Spanish, in English is not same, French don't exist as a option ), definitely need to be improved.

For line skeeper (passé corecaminos) you need another app and Internet, (is on line app, ) very disappointed for me as a adult. With the pack what I buy, we win 5 min each attraction, not so much. Works for small kids attractions. You must search the attraction, activate and wait for qr codes. In total, was the same thing like the whole line, so, we think is not worth it.

Attraction - the big 5 intenses was funny. We see a very nice show with cars. The biggest - Batman Escape means 1 h line. Or you pay. We choose to pay 20 eur per person. December means there is no water attractions. Look on Internet for movie's with attractions.

Prices for photo are prohibited,8 eur or 13 with movie. We buy for a movie, after 2 weeks and we aren't able to have it. Shame. There is no contact phone, nowbody helps you if you speak English or French, only in Spanish.

Drinking pack was a joke. We get a recipient low quality, plastic, ( not even eco friendly) very inconfortable, which you're not able to close properly, so lots of problems for nothing. You are able to refill every 60 min. So, from 13hoo to 19h00 6 time. Is cheaper if you buy 6 beverage.

Food pack - we buy it, but depends where you eat. Not all restaurants are good, and we pay suplimentary in place, not much, 5 eur, for what we choose. Just....... pay. 50/50 option. Depends on what you want.

Overall, we spend 6 hours, a 4 persons family, we spend 600 euros, plus transport. The kids have fun, not me. I feel like I'm not having value for money, this is the main problem. This is the 8-th park wich I see in Europe, last place (for me), with a notable exception, the Action show Loca Academia de policia, was great, my kids and I love it, best attraction in the park.

Other visit - Thanks, NO. We see it, 1 time is enough. Nothing notable to remember, and we still waiting for download the movie...
