The best wine tour and tasting experience! We absolutely loved it! Estrela is an amazing guide, and we learned so much in just a short time. Now we know when the grape is ripe on the vine, and what the best bunches look like to the eye. The tour was so informative and we got to cut our own Tempranillo grapes to take with us!!! It is harvest time, and we watched the grapes arrive at the vineyard, get cleaned and sorted, go up the conveyor to have the stalks removed. We met the winemaker, though the owners were away. The wines are organic, and amazingly good! Estrela was a fantastic host, so friendly, engaging and helpful, besides being very knowledgeable. We bought lots of wine and plan to come back! Five stars! This place is incredibly magical. From the moment we arrived at the property we felt welcome.
