I am a relative newcomer to Terysol. What prompted me was discovering that I am a type 2 diabetic and that my lifestyle needed a drastic overhaul. Wir hatten telefonisch eine Massage für zwei Personen gebucht. Auf Aufforderung der Telefondame waren wir auch 15‘ vor Termin Vorort. Wir waren etwas überrascht, als nur eine Masseurin anwesend war. 7‘ Nach dem vereinbarten Termin durften wir uns beide für die Massage bereit machen. Das war ja noch ok. Die zweite Masseurin käme gleich. Meine Partnerin soll sich schon mal hin legen und sich entspannen. Nach 15‘ war immer noch keine Masseurin anwesend. Auf meine Frage wann diese käme teilte - nota bene -MEINE MASSEURIN (einhändig) MIT😂🤔- ihre Kollegin sei auf dem Weg. Nach weiteren 15‘ entschloss sich meine Partnerin die Übung abzubrechen und drausen zu warten.

Nach 45‘ Verspätung kam dann die 2. Masseurin angezottelt und meinte, ihr sei der Termin nicht bestätigt worden. Keine Entschuldigung oder Wierder-Gutmachungsgeste, nix......

Nicht genug: währen der Massage - durch Vorhänge waren Räume abgetrennt- musste meine Masseurin immer wieder die Laufkundschaft bedienen......

Mein Fazit; Die anwesende Masseurin gab ihr Bestes. Schlechtes Management. Die Koordination, die Organisation und Planung ist superschlecht. Die Masseurinen sind sich selbst überlassen....

Übrigens was die Räume und das Personal auf der Homepage angepriesen wird, findet man Vorort nicht vor.
