We recently visited here on a tour organised from our hotel in Palmanova, A little strange for me to go on a wine tasting trip as I do not drink wine but my wife wanted to go so we did.
I can honestly say that this was one of the highlights of the holiday, we had a great time. The hosts were son and mother who were very happy people altogether with funny tales and storytelling about the wine making and local aera with a small museum on site showing some of the old ways the wine making was done along with some of the very old local business that no longer exist but they had all the tools of many different types used in many trades, I know that sounds a little dull but it was truly very charming.
They gave 3 different types of wine all made on site along with some food, bread with ham then bread with cheese, then with salami and olive's and almond's that were also grown on site finished with a apple tart but the wine and food were secondary to the People. They were amazing hosts, funny stories and singing everyone had a great day but as we were having such a nice time I forgot to take...
Read moreVery nice experience. In addition to the planned wine tour, the family also showed their collection of more than 3000 different artisinal tools they have collected showing the change and occupations of the original Mallorcan people. The wines served for the tour qere simply amazing. Naturally, the wines served differ per year, but during the summer of 2022, they served a nice champagne, two different red wines, a white wine and a delicious dessert wine. Since the location is quite central (Santa Maria), I would definitely recommend going here if you have the chance. We were also informed about a harvest festival being held at the last saturday in November, showing their heritage as wine makers and keeping a tradition going for centuries already.
Tldr: very nice experience, would recommend if you're into wine and like seeing historical...

Once here we had such a friendly greeting by the owners (mother and son) who were clearly so passionate about what they do. It was lovely. They involved everyone throughout, offering alternatives to children who did not want wine, and gave me extra cheese as I do not eat meat. Generous portions of wine, and a nice amount of little nibbles to go alongside. Lovely from beginning to end. Could not complain about this place. If you want to buy wine, it is well priced and it is delicious! We left with multiple bottles. Could not...
