Absolutely amazing place to visit. From the first moment I contacted Canpiza winery via email, I cannot fault the correspondence I received. Julian and his team are amazing. We were collected from our hotel in Palma Nova, and driven to the winery. About 20 to 25 minutes without traffic. On arriving at Canpiza Winery, we were met by Miriam, who was very friendly and showed us to a small table near the vineyard. Here we tasted our first wine and Spanish tapas. Beautiful. The views are amazing. From the vineyard you can see the village of Santa Maria. Stunning. We were then shown the amazing house which has been in the family since 1626. Absolutely stunning. We were shown how the wine is matured and the process of how wine should be made. Which is not mass produced. Treat the grapes with respect and you will reap the rewards. All grapes are hand picked. A bruised grape is a bruised wine. After the tour of magnificent house, we were escorted outside onto the front lawn where we were treated to more exceptional tapas and more beautiful wine. Sensational. This winery is a family run business and very unique. The hospitality shown was second to none. If you looking for something different from the hustle and bustle of Palma Nova and Magaluf then visit this tranquil place. It’s just magical and stunning. And not forgetting the incredible blue wine. Julian and his team are passionate about wine and ensuring that wine is made in the traditional way without lots of additives. The best wine tour ever after visiting a lot of wineries in Italy, France and USA.

I have been on a lot of wine tasting tours in Tuscany, Piemonte, France, Napa Valley (USA) , Spain (mainland), and Switzerland. None of them could beat our experience at beautiful Can Pizà Boutique Winery!

Why? The real passion of wine from both owners – Julian and Miriam - really shone through! Also, the majestic setting amongst the vineyard whilst taking in the panoramic view of the island beat my other wine tours. See my attached photos and you will see!

Following this we proceeded to an open-air dining and wine tasting area hosted by owners for more wine tasting and exceptionally enjoyable tapas at our own pace.

Lovely knowledgeable owners with delicious local food, paired perfectly with the magnificent wines is a perfect combination!

The winery is a short 25 min ride by the train from Palma city. The owner picks you up at the railway station and bring you back again.

This was the highlight of our holiday to Palma Mallorca.

Planning our first trip to Mallorca, I stumbled upon Can Piza Winery and booked the tapas and wine tasting. We arrived to a gorgeous home, with an incredible back drop over looking Palme. Immediately Julian, the owner, came and took us on a tour of the home and the old wine making area. What a beautiful home, full of such history! We then settled in for our tasting on the overlook. Our tapas were delicious and Miriam was an absolute delight throughout our tasting. The staff were ever so patient with me, as my low tolerance for alcohol led to some looping discussions, I am told. But seriously, thank you for making the day so wonderful. I would highly recommend this winery for not only it's delicious wines, but for the very personal touch...
