Well, we went with our kids to this park to spend the afternoon, we go to many parks all around Spain throughout the year and enjoy it, because the kids love the rides. The first thing is that the prices are pretty ridiculous considering what it is, you have one rollercoaster and a few kids rides that you find in any feria in Spain. The food for 2 kids and 2 adults came to 41 euros, and it was microwaved hotdods and horrible burgers, we didn't even order a lot but the quality was a disaster, which can happen. But the worst of all is the staff in this park, it blows my mind that you work in a kids park and you employ such inefficient staff, they are all grumpy young people, that really give you a face of sadness in every stand. None of them are friendly to kids, I guess bad salary etc I get it and it's hot but if you work in a kids park at least try a bit. The guy working the go karts is the best, he moves in slow motion, I'm not sure if he is related to a sloth in any way but his speed causes massive quenes, and considering the heat in summer it doesn't help. The rides are ancient, I remember those rollercoasters from when I was 5 years old.... If the maintenance team has the same motivation like the sales people I can just cross my fingers for all those kids Overall we wasted 100 euros for entrance and food and a experience that was as exciting as pins...
Read moreAs someone coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, I’ve had the chance to visit many amusement parks, but Pola Park in Santa Pola truly left a special impression! It’s the perfect place for families, couples, children, and even adults who want to relive the carefree joy of childhood.
The park is beautifully organized, clean, and well-maintained, with a wide variety of attractions suitable for all age groups – from adrenaline-filled rides and skill games to gentler rides for the little ones. I especially want to praise the staff, who are incredibly friendly, patient, and always ready to help.
In addition to the fun, the park also offers plenty of food and drink stands at affordable prices, and it’s important to note that all the attractions are safe and regularly maintained.
The atmosphere is colorful, cheerful, and filled with music and smiles – a true little oasis of fun near the coast. The evening light decorations make walking through the park even more enjoyable.
A warm recommendation for everyone staying in Santa Pola or nearby – Pola Park is simply a must-see! Whether you're a tourist, a local, or like me – a visitor from Bosnia and Herzegovina – you're guaranteed to find joy, laughter, and plenty of wonderful memories...

I recently purchased 9 two-day tickets to Pola Park for my children and partner's children. Unfortunately, two of them became violently ill, preventing us from visiting the park. I reached out to customer service just hours after the purchase to request a refund, but my initial email was ignored. When I followed up, they outright refused the refund, claiming it was impossible, despite the fact that I bought the tickets directly from their website. The management's lack of empathy and poor customer service is appalling. It's clear they prioritise profits over customer care. Absolute vultures.
Additionally, the park is nearly impossible to reach. Buses run about every three hours, so if you want to avoid a 1-hour and 45-minute journey, you're out of luck. Taxis are also scarce in Gran Alacant. The advertised land train timetable is misleading, as it no longer stops at Pola Park. The park itself is a small, overpriced attraction, comparable to what travelers might set up in a local park on a bank holiday. Save your money and steer clear...
