It is not nice to be harsh, but I think you are here reading the review because you really want to know before you go. It might be worth walking around the outside of the castle and calling it good, although you will not find any literature outside at all. If you go in, you will be done very quickly because there is really nothing to see inside, just some paintings that we suspect were people associated with the castle. It does not look like a castle on the inside, it has been modernized and of course merchandised. There was little to read, almost no furniture, just staircases that brought you up, then back down. As far as castles go, we’d give it a 1 out of 10, with our apologies thrown in except we had to pay $15 each. Sometimes you just have to call it what it is.
