They have chosen the cheapest solution not the best, which is hiring a parking company to chek the P-Disc on cars, which they hope you forget or set to a wrong time so they can write you a ticket. They probably do it for free or for a very little amount of money. Their customer are paying for the parking control. A store parking should be free and without any complications for customers. This is one of those stores that prioritise lower prices over impeccable looks. It works out great, as my weekly grocery shopping here generally is a fair bit cheaper here than at other places. They also stock most things, including a reasonable international supply.
