Sugoi sushi Malmö — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

I like the sushi they make because it is very delicious, and I do not eat sushi anywhere else but from them because it is really delicious. However, I had several disappointing experiences at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share them.

Firstly, I was told to leave at 1:00 PM by a staff member because they needed to clean and close the restaurant. This was quite frustrating as the buffet was supposed to be open until 2:00 PM. I couldn’t believe they were closing the buffet early.

Another time, I arrived at 12:00 PM, only to find the buffet completely empty. We had to wait an unreasonably long time for them to refill it. Considering the buffet runs for just three hours, this was unacceptable.

Yet another visit was even worse. We arrived at 12:00 PM, and the buffet was again empty. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked the staff to refill it, but they told us they wouldn’t and instead offered to prepare specific sushi items for us. This was at 1:00 PM, still an hour before the buffet was supposed to end.

For a buffet that is quite expensive, this level of service is unacceptable. The staff's treatment of customers needs significant improvement.

I hope the management addresses these issues promptly, as the current situation is far from...

I stopped by for dinner and was blown away by the experience. The place has a charming, welcoming vibe that makes you feel instantly comfortable. Whether you're dining alone, with friends, or on a date, it's the kind of spot that just works.

The food was the real star—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of bold, memorable flavors. I tried the [mention a favorite dish], and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell a lot of care goes into the cooking here.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Service was smooth and well-paced, never rushed.

Drinks were also on point—nicely mixed and reasonably priced. It’s clear this place knows how to balance quality and comfort.

I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time I’m bringing more friends. Highly recommend giving this...

We ordered online on their website & since it was a bigger order we decided to call them 25 min later to ask them when it will be ready for pick up, so we don’t stress them waiting on the spot. They said they’re actually delivering it to us & the driver is on the way (even though we are a few meters away), so we waited… and waited. And called 3-4 times to ask where they are & to give them the door code and they kept saying the driver is on the way. The final time 1hr and 10 min later, they said they can’t find the order. We went there and demanded to get our food and they hadn’t even started preparing it - 1 hr 20 LATER! Very bad service, will never go back. And we used to eat there at least once a week. DO NOT RECOMMEND - salad & sushi Värnhem is much better if looking for sushi...
